Will my health insurance cover therapy?

At this time, direct billing is available with Alberta Blue Cross, CanadaLife, Green Shield Canada, and Medavie Blue Cross.


If you have insurance, it is best to check with your insurance provider what services are covered, what the coverage is per session and per year, and when coverage rollover occurs. Your therapist cannot check this for you.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Scheduling an appointment is easy.  At the top right corner of the page is the "Book Online" button which will take you to the booking page. You can also call (587) 855-3187 to book an appointment.

How long are sessions?

Therapy sessions are 50 minutes in length. The remaining 10 minutes of the hour is used for completing tasks related to your session such as session notes and payment processing.

Will I receive notifications of bookings and reminders of my session?

You will receive a booking notification and email reminders of your booked sessions. For online sessions, you will also receive an email containing the link to the video session.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations require a minimum of 24-hour notice. Cancellations made in the 24 hours before the session will be charged the full fee of the session. Most insurance plans do not cover late-cancellation/no show fees.

What is the payment policy?

A credit card on file is required to schedule a session.  The credit card on file will be charged at the time of your session and a receipt will be provided to you. E-transfers are accepted but must be sent prior to session.

Failure to pay for a session will result in the cancellation of any future sessions already booked and your account being locked until payment is received.
